U2 Meets the Typhoon and the Not forgotten

This year one of the the RAF Typhoon display team's charities is The Not Forgotten Association, and they joined us, along with Mazda (the teams vehicle sponsors) at our Garden Party in Buckingham Palace on Friday. Several of us were in return invited to RIAT today (Sunday) and we all had a great time looking around the Typhoon and the other aircraft, as well as great company and hospitality, it really is nice to be remembered.....

I used to be an RAF Armourer, but due to a few 'occupational hazards', on returning from Gulf War 1, I spent a few months in a military Hospital and a few years in and out of Headley Court. Sadly, my injuries were to great to remain in the RAF and I've been a War Pensioner since 1993.... and I'm only 45 now! Still, thats life

Anyway, thought I had to get a few photo's which I hope you like, I love my U2 Ltd edition, but really would love to own the other watch, it's rather exclusive.... the team have 3 of them, and I think thats all that have been made... I did try and sneak off with it, but sadly I'm far too slow, so had to hand it back lol

Hopefully I will be popping down to Martin Baker with the Typhoon team, to see a live ejection later in the year! I'll get some more pics then if so, might even volunteer to sit in the seat and be ejected..... anything to get an MB 1 lol
