How about having the hatching/blocking (from the logo) running the entire length of the strap along one edge with ALT1TUDE engraved above it (again as in the logo) under where the watch will sit?...

I'd vote for the keepers staying the same colour as the strap. Maybe any stitching (if there is any) could be done in an anthracite stitch to tie in with the dial??

I have always worn my MBII on a NATO. I like the way the watch sits on a NATO, I think it suits the "utility" look of the watch!

I'd agree with this, make it too personal and you may have trouble shifting it should you want to sell/trade in the future.
Obviously, if you are 100% going to keep it then it's purely a personal...

Tough choice but I think I would go for the lighter one too. I think it will sit better with the anthracite of the SE and will also look good with and give a completely different look to many other...

Quite possibly! Would have loved to get it but having just scraped enough together for the down-payment on the Alt1tude SE and the new LE soon to be released from Bremont for 2013 it was bad timing...
